Program Overview
The program is a one‐year employment opportunity designed to develop early‐career talent through hands‐on experience across key functions including Finance, Legal, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Inventory Management and Human Resources. It offers structured learning, real‐world exposure, and a chance to build a meaningful career within a purpose‐driven, global organisation.
Eligibility Criteria
* Graduates with a BSc. or B.Eng.
* Background in Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting/Finance, or Human Resources
* Residency in or willingness to reside in Lagos
Requirements
* Must be a recent graduate with a BSc in any of the disciplines listed above
* Minimum of Second-Class Upper (2.1) academic classification
* Must not be more than 26 years of age as at March ****
* Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate
* Paid, hands‐on experience in a global agri‐business
* Structured learning and mentorship to build in‐demand skills
* Real‐world exposure to large‐scale operations and global markets
