About the role:
We're looking for experienced Hairdressers to join our inbound Contact Centre team and represent the global leader in hair and cosmetics, L'Oréal. As a Hair & Beauty Technical Advisor you will:
* Be an exemplary representative of a Global Beauty company
* Commit to consumer advocacy and to delivering great customer service outcomes for both the consumer and brand
* Be responsible for handling inbound communication enquiries, providing salons and consumers with a highly personalised experience throughout.
* Offer advice via phone, email, social media and webchat, servicing professional hair salons, beauty consultants and consumers.
About you:
* Must have Certificate III in Hairdressing
* Minimum 1-2 years practical experience in a salon, including colouring services
* Preferred professional experience using L'Oréal Professional, Matrix or Redken products highly regarded
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Self-motivated, have a positive attitude and are a team player
* Ability to think on your feet
* Strong computer literacy
* Available to work a rotating roster Monday to Saturday; between the hours of 9am-8pm.
