About the Role:
As a Team Leader you will manage the day-to-day activities and performance of your team ofInbound Customer Service Consultantsby supporting, coaching, and driving the overall success of the team.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
* Manage the day-to-day activities and performance of your Customer Service Representatives
* Rostering of staff, scheduling for planned and unplanned leave with managing daily workload and ensuring phone coverage.
* Support, coach and drive the overall success of the team.
* Assisting with workload in high-volume times.
* Lead, train and develop your team to deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
* Quality assurance of procedures, monitoring team phone calls to ensure high level of knowledge, skills and abilities.
About You:
* You are currently either working as a Senior Agent, 2IC in a call centre Looking for your next break to step into a Team Leader position
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to coach and motive your team.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant computer software and hardware.
* Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment.
* Strong computer literacy.
