Psychologist – Integrate Clinical Excellence with Faith-Informed Practice in a Beautiful Heritage Setting
If you've ever wondered whether your therapy is truly effective, you'll love what we do at
Solid Rock Psychology
. We don't just believe in therapy that transforms lives —
we measure it
.
Our effect sizes consistently show meaningful client change, supported by deliberate practice, supervision, and a reflective, collegial culture. Data from over 559 clients at our practice shows an
Effect Size of 1.07
, well above the normative benchmark of 0.63 (Novopsych, CORE-10).
Working from our stately
1912 heritage building
, you'll see thoughtful, professional adults and their families — many of whom are neurodiverse or seeking therapy that honours their Christian faith or personal values.
We're also proud to partner with several universities as a training site for the next generation of psychologists. Here, you'll find a culture that values both
heart and rigour
— a place to grow as a clinician, without losing sight of why you began this work.
What makes Solid Rock Psychology different
We're a
therapy-focused practice
, not a referral mill. You'll have time to think, plan, and work deeply with your clients.
