Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist Grade 2 - Rotational to join our team in providing high-quality unit-based clinical pharmacy services.
The successful candidate will have opportunities to train in specialty streams such as critical care and medical specialties, and participate in professional development programs including in-service education and journal clubs.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services including assessment, intervention, advocacy, and consultation
2. Apply effective patient flow principles to optimize patient care
3. Mentor and supervise learners at all levels, including pharmacy students, interns, residents, and staff
4. Participate in pharmacy and multidisciplinary team education programs and meetings
Requirements:
* Must hold or be eligible for general registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA
* Prior clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting is highly desirable
