About the Position
As a senior project leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of cutting-edge energy storage systems.
* Coordinate with diverse teams and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
* Develop and implement robust project management plans to ensure timely completion and within budget.
* Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering, or construction, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in similar-sized projects. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility by implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
* Ensure the project meets contractual obligations by managing on-site performance and overseeing contractors.
* Develop and maintain project-specific management plans, including quality control, budgeting, and scheduling.
* Facilitate effective communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, and the community.
* Lead and develop a high-performing project team, focusing on alignment with business objectives and effective resource management.
Requirements:
* Hold a technical degree in engineering, construction, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in similar-sized projects, with a focus on energy infrastructure.
* Proven track record in managing construction teams and complex projects.
* Strong analytical skills to assess and mitigate organisational risks effectively.
