Responsibilities
Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship
Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

Coachable
Previous caregiving experience is an asset
Must be able to speak and write in English; other languages are an asset
Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed
Reliable way to get to and from the client's homes
Drivers with their own vehicle will be an asset
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum Cert III in either Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience
National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
NDIS Worker Screener Clearance
