This challenging role requires a highly skilled individual to manage our distribution network globally. As a key member of our Sales Division, you will report directly to the International Sales Manager.
Your main responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with appointed distributors, identifying new market opportunities, and partnering with them to achieve business goals.
You will need to possess excellent leadership skills, be able to navigate complex global environments, and communicate effectively with diverse groups. In addition, you will work closely with our internal teams to drive business growth and enhance our market presence.
As part of this role, you can expect to travel extensively (approximately 80-90 nights per year), work autonomously, and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
