McLean Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Nursing Clinical Facilitator (RN) to join our team at Killean, our 138-bed aged care residence in Inverell, NSW – known as the Sapphire City for its natural beauty and welcoming community.
This full-time position is pivotal in delivering high-quality clinical education, fostering staff capability, and supporting exceptional care outcomes for residents.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver targeted clinical education and in-service training to nursing and care teams
* Identify learning needs and implement best-practice development programs
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and clinical support at the point of care
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive strong clinical outcomes
* Promote a culture of clinical excellence, safety, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122)
* Experience in clinical education, facilitation, or training
* Sound understanding of geriatric care and ageing-related health needs
* Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance
Highly Regarded:
* Previous experience in residential aged care
* Strong mentoring and clinical leadership skills
* Working knowledge of AN-ACC and documentation standards
* Basic Life Support (BLS) accreditation
