What You’ll Own
* Managing the end‑to‑end completion and administration of residential land and build contracts, including all supporting documentation (inbound and outbound)
* Preparing polished sales and marketing documentation that reflects IQ Capital Group’s professional brand
* Liaising with land developers, marketers and builders to secure land/build packages
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, external suppliers, solicitors and internal stakeholders
* Coordinating and maintaining client appointment calendars
* Managing client appointment paperwork and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
* Updating and maintaining our CRM with appointment outcomes, sales results and client data
* Compiling supporting documentation to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
What You Bring
* Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and confidence working with digital contract platforms such as DocuSign
* Previous experience in Sales Administration or Contracts Administration (property or construction highly regarded)
* Exposure to residential land and construction contracts is desirable
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident, professional phone manner
* Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
* High levels of initiative, organisation and the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment
