**Overview**:
Community Audits Australia (CAA) is a well-established auditing organisation of Quality Management Systems and Human Services. Community Audits Australia Pty Ltd was started in 2019 as an independent Approved Quality Auditor to audit against the National Disability Insurance Scheme for JASANZ and the Quality and Safeguarding Commission.
We are looking for an Audit Quality and Compliance Manager (Organisation and Methods Analyst) to join the team! In this role, the Audit Quality and Compliance Manager has the responsibility of ensuring that the organisation complies with the standards and procedures outlined by JASANZ on behalf of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. This is a full-time and ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Sydney, NSW.
**Main tasks**:
- Conducting and overseeing audits of service delivery, specifically in the sectors of human services, community disability services, aged care, and community care, to ensure compliance with NDIS practice standards, Quality Management Systems, and Human Services guidelines.
- Identifying, estimating and correcting deviations in quality system process.
- Preparing comprehensive reports summarizing audit findings and actions taken, for a continuous process improvement.
- Developing audit plans and audit schedules.
- Analysing and improving systems to align with the requirements of the industry standards and AQA Guidelines.
- Liaising with stakeholders, responding to complaints, seeking feedback and, whenever applicable, recommending a review on the company's current methods and procedures.
- Supporting the broader team at CAA by sharing insights and expertise. This involves collaboration with other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices, and fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of CAA, discussing current systems and providing insights and recommendations for a more efficient strategic direction.
**Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience**:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.

Annual salary will be between $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience.
