Senior Web Developer - CMS About the role...
This role is for a 12 month contract
You are responsible for building, optimising and developing best-practice, user-centred experiences across Great Southern Bank's customer facing web channels. You support the delivery of all digital projects, marketing campaigns, new products and business-critical activities across Great Southern Bank's website, whilst ensuring digital sales objectives, strategic business goals, digital brand alignment and best practice web & user experience principles are met. You will be required to develop and implement websiteponents and content in Squiz Matrix CMS from supplied Figma designs in collaboration with the DX team as your primary function, but may also lead and instruct on best practices in building campaign landing pages, product pages, CMSponents, animations, custom forms and eDMs.
Along with your developer and product owner colleagues, you will participate in agile scrum ceremonies such as daily standups, fortnightly sprint planning and task elaboration and use Jira to manage your day to day work.

About you...
1. 5+ years' experience as a Front End Web Developer
2. Coaching, mentoring or leading others
3. HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery and modern frameworks (eg React, Vue)
4. Experience with API integration
5. Familiar with UX principles & SEO requirements
6. Experience in Squiz Matrix CMS is ideal, or other enterprise CMS
7. Preferably Experienced in the financial services industry or at least a base level understanding of how financial products work
8. Experience in Figma
9. Agile (Scrum) and Jira experience
10. Experienced in mobile-first development
11. Bachelor's degreeputer Science or relevant field or equivalent experience
12. Creative, detailed, innovative and always looking at new online trends and digital technologies
13. Naturally collaborative, customer-centric, and a talentedmunicator and relationships-builder
14. Organised, self-managed, resourceful and veryfortable working withplexity
15. Improvement and results focused, with high attention to detail
16. Fun-loving, collaborative, passionate about engaging others and sharing your digital knowledge
17. Practical and thorough when ites to testing and quality of the solutions you provide
18. Understanding of security practices
