This is a full-time role, where you will be responsible for the production of high-quality baked goods to delight our customers. Key responsibilities for this role include : Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards Operate various baking equipment and appliances Use various baking techniques including kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following all health and safety protocols Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and new product idea.
