PART-TIME ACCOUNTS & ADMIN OFFICER – NORTH GOLD COAST - RECRUITMENT & TRAINING AGENCY (Job ID 963) Are you experienced in accounting and admin? Career Guru Recruitment and sister company The Career College is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Accounts / Administration Officer to join our busy team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail and is confident managing financial and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Payroll Services: Process internal payroll and assist with the delivery of payroll services Superannuation Administration: Manage the administration of superannuation for internal and agency staff members Accounts Payable and Receivable: For busy recruitment agency and executive mindset and career coaching and training college Debtor Management: Follow up debtors and overdue accounts to ensure timely payments and maintain accurate records Administrative Duties and Responsibilities: Confidential administration support for the Managing Director, Career Guru Recruitment and The Career College The Ideal Candidate This position is a perfect position for an accounting professional with extensive commercial administration management and bookkeeping experience. Strong preference will be given to candidates who have prior private recruitment agency or training college (RTO) experience. You will be seeking an ongoing part time position working 5-10 hours per week from a Northern Gold Coast office (not remote). You may be semi-retired, a parent or be a carer. Above all you will be experienced in bookkeeping, accounting support and finance administration and… Be proficient in multiple IT systems including accounting software packages e.g. QuickBooks, Excel and Microsoft Suite. RecruitCRM /HRM software experience preferred not essential Possess strong organisational and time-management skills Can work independently and meet strict deadlines Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Be customer service focused and an excellent communicator when liaising with clients and internal stakeholders Are highly confidential in all business dealings The successful candidate is proactive, reliable and ready to take on a role with real responsibility, a northern Gold Coast resident, Australian citizen or permanent resident.
