As a Conceptual Designer, you will develop innovative, impactful, omni-channel design solutions and help drive some of the agency's most creatively ambitious clients/brands.

Day to day you'll get to: Collaborate with creative and studio teams to develop integrated design assets across digital, social, print, and branding, under the mentorship of our ECD and Senior Creatives.
Conceptualise and deliver innovative design solutions that elevate brand narratives.
Take briefs from account teams and turn them into compelling visual stories.
Create illustrations, logos, and custom typography aligned with brand guidelines.
Educate and inspire the wider team on best-practice, user-centred design.
Contribute to pitch decks and client presentations with high-impact visuals.
What we are looking for: A creative thinker and self-starter with 4+ years of agency experience in integrated design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong skills in retouching, typography, typesetting, and preparing artwork for both print and digital.
A collaborative spirit with a positive, can-do attitude and a cool head under pressure.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment and brings great energy to the team.
