Role
Your new role This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll take ownership of HR operations while also contributing to wider change initiatives. As an experienced HR Manager, you'll lead a broad range of operational and advisory HR activities and also work closely with the Employee Relations Manager. You will:
* Lead key HR functions including HR administration, payroll/HRIS, and learning & development
* Act as a trusted advisor on HR and employment law matters
* Support and guide complex employee relations cases
* Drive improvements in HR processes, systems, and service delivery
* Build strong relationships across the organisation
* Support organisational change, including restructures and transformation activities
What you'll need to succeed
* CIPD Level 5 (or above)
* Strong generalist HR experience including TUPE, organisational change
* Experience leading or developing teams
* Excellent knowledge of employment law and working with trade unions
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
