About the role:
We are seeking an experienced CT Supervisor to lead and support our CT team at a busy hospital site at Knox Private Hospital – Lumus Imaging.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 7 years' CT experience, with previous supervisory or leadership experience.
This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage workflow in a high-pressure environment while maintaining patient safety and quality standards.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 7 years' experience in CT imaging
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Proven ability to work effectively in a busy hospital setting
Strong knowledge of CT protocols, radiation safety, and quality assurance
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to support, mentor, and coordinate staff across shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day CT operations and workflow
Provide clinical leadership and support to CT staff
Ensure adherence to protocols, safety standards, and best practice
Liaise with radiologists, nursing staff, and hospital leadership
Assist with staff training, performance support, and rostering as required
