Mechanical maintenance personnel are required to perform preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance tasks as well as electrical, mechanical and instrumental services across the water network. This includes servicing 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations and 26 referable dams.

The Mechanical Trades Role:
">
This position involves delivering work orders including fault finding, repairs and servicing of mechanical equipment across the Seqwater network.
">
">
* Perform and deliver allocated work orders
">
* Service, repair and inspect assets such as pumps, gearboxes, actuators, cranes & winches etc
">
* Perform administrative tasks and document work progressions within the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)
">
* Travel and commute to relevant assets across the network including attendance to pre-start meetings
">
* Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, policy and procedures
">
">
About You:
">
To be successful in this role you will require experience working in a similar maintenance program and network environment. Key skills and qualifications include:

* Experience servicing technical mechanical assets actuators, gearboxes and pumps
">
* Current C Class Driver Licence
">
* Trade Mechanical certificate
">
* Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - HLTAID001 (1 year validity)
">
* Provide First Aid - HLTAID003 (3-year validity)
">
* Gas test Atmosphere
">
* MSMWHS217 (3-year validity)
">
* Confined Space Entry - RIIWHS202E, MSMPER205,MSMPER200 (3-year validity)
