This is an exciting time for our client's expansion who are one of the largest health care manufacturers globally. Their small team environment on Brisbane's northside based at Virginia have an opening for a Warehouse Manager.
Your role will ensure efficient management of the warehouse and ensure the product is received and dispatched out on time to their clinical customers. Stock levels are kept accurate, and the warehouse is run safely.
Your key relationships will be with your Supplies' Customers, Office & Operations Manager. Director of Sales ANZ. Solutions Specialists and the Warehouse Assistant. We are looking for someone who can multi-task and use a walkie. Your well regarded friendly approach is also key to this role as it is a small team environment.
**Your essential duties and responsibilities**
Your responsibilities will be to work cohesively with the warehouse assistant and the management of all operations around stock inbound and outbound orders. Updating and managing the SAP stock system. Receive orders and auditing all inbound packing slips. Inputting stock and balancing orders/invoices on the SAP inventory system. Designing and updating the warehouse planogram. Filling stock in the correct position and cycling stock in accordance with the first expired first out. Recording the management of all the batch and lot numbers in accordance with the TGA standards. Building reverse stock onto pallets and storing in racks. Remove and process expired stock in accordance with the TGA. Manage all demonstration and sample stock. Perform and lead annual stock takes and cycle counts in accordance with company procedures and balance results. Process orders in accordance with both company and customer policy standards. Manage inbound orders from the website. Picking, packing all customer orders within a 24-hour time frame. Provide efficient backorder management. Provide timely reports to company medical technology supplies as required. Tracking all inbound shipments. Manage prebuys and designated allocation within the system. Repacking kits and product lots where customers require smaller quantities in accordance with the TGA standards. Purchase packing materials and develop systems to manage efficient and thorough waste management in accordance with the Australian and company standard. Customer service support - calling customers to advise of price changes or work though order enquires. Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Ensure a clean warehouse that meets with medical standard storage requirements. Working with the operations manager ANZ to ongoing reports and information as required. Ensure all products are stickered with sponsor details as required by the TGA. Customer Service - answering incoming calls and dealing with the public on site as required. Pallet management according to safety regulations for Australia including racking, wrapping and strapping and the disposal of pallets no longer required. Walkie Forklift operations, unloading, and loading of trucks, internal lifting to storage racks ect. Unloading of shipping containers.
