About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain scalable technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
2. Collaborate with data analysts, product, and engineering teams to transform business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
3. Partner with platform, infrastructure, and AI teams to ensure our data platform aligns with our AI-native strategy.
4. Cultivate a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the data engineering function.
Tech Requirements:
* Proficiency in modern data stack (Python, dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS).
* Experience in cloud data warehouse and lakehouse environments.
* Familiarity with Power BI semantic models.
* Knowledge of CI/CD automation and infrastructure-as-code practices (Terraform, Buildkite or equivalent).
