**About the role**
Creating and hosting a great environment for customers to drop off their loved pets for training, day care or residential stays. Overseeing all resort staff, policies, procedures, managing budgets and health and safety.
**Duties**
- Customer Service
- Pet Check In and Check Out
- Point Of Sale Procedures
- Public Inspections
- Veterinary Reporting
- Marketing/Advertising
- Updating client notes inclusive of refunds/credits
- Resort Financing inclusive of depositing monies to the bank, credit card reports, arranging tax invoices and fuel expense reports to Accounts
- Vet trip log reports
- Outstanding money reports
- Stocktake, Inventory and Ordering
- Weekly resort assessments
**Skills & Experience**
Previous experience in a customer service focused position either in a hospitality, retail, recreation or call centre environment with a love for animals.
