The RoleThe Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting the effective day-to-day operations of our branches. You will be the first point of contact for all customer and subcontractor inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring a seamless customer experience.You will manage communication between our subcontractors, warehousing staff, stock controllers, and external companies, utilizing our systems to track stock, create hire agreements with customers, and process payments.
