OPPORTUNITY
Due to continued growth, the business is recruiting two Sales Account Managers into identical roles, each responsible for a defined geographic territory within Sydney:
* Northern Sydney Territory; Northern Beaches, North Shore, Ryde, Hills District & Upper North Shore
* Southern Sydney Territory; Inner West, St George, Sutherland Shire, SouthSydney & Canterbury-Bankstown
Both positions are primarily field-based, managing and growing established customer portfolios with strong existing revenue and clear upside. You'll work autonomously in your territory, with the flexibility to work from home and attend the office once per week for team collaboration and planning. Working closely with internal sales support and customer service teams, you will balance account management with new business development—building trusted relationships and positioning a compelling foodservice product portfolio to increase share of wallet.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage and grow an established portfolio of foodservice customers within your assigned territory
* Increase sales through product range expansion, upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activity
* Prospect, onboard, and develop new foodservice customers through proactive field-based relationship building
* Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits to understand needs, present solutions, and deliver outstanding service
* Negotiate pricing, promotions, and commercial agreements to maximise margin and customer retention
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, order accuracy, and service delivery
* Maintain accurate CRM records, call planning, and pipeline activity
* Consistently achieve sales targets, KPIs, and territory growth objectives
