About The Role
As a Nurse Practitioner / Transitional Nurse Practitioner - Ambulatory Care and Wound Prevention & Management, you'll hold a pivotal role in meeting our goal of 'healthier rural people & thriving communities'.
You will provide specialised advanced clinical care in the Bathurst Ambulatory Care Unit, focusing on hospital avoidance, reducing emergency presentations and admissions, and shortening hospital stays.
This is a great opportunity for a NP looking to relocate to a vibrant, friendly, and historic city, or for a Transitional Nurse Practitioner to expand their clinical skills.
