About the Role
This role supports our Sales team, providing customer support and data entry of customer orders.
* Processing customer orders via Redox's in-house system
* Provide phone/email support for customer service enquiries
* Confidently liaise internally and externally with our transport, warehouse and sales team to ensure our customer deliveries are completed in a timely manner
About You
You are forward thinking, possess excellent time management, problem solving and organisation skills, with high attention to detail. You demonstrate excellent communication skills – verbal and written with a polite and professional phone manner.
