Role Overview
As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be a flexible, team‐oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.
Responsibilities
* Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
* Engage and supervise children at all times
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
* Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Requirements
* Hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification (Certificate III – Children's Services or equivalent)
* Current NSW Working with Children Check
* Willing to travel between local services
* Flexible availability Monday‐Friday, 7am – 6pm
