We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Diversional Therapist to join our team at the National Centre for Veterans' Health.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide clinically indicated Diversional Therapy treatment interventions that address leisure education, activity participation, sensory enrichment/modulation, leisure exploration, leisure skill development, activity modification, and social isolation.
Ideal Candidate:
* Must hold a Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Diversional Therapy that provides eligibility for full membership of Diversional & Recreational Therapy Australia Association.
* Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and clinical experience in Diversional Therapy practice and the provision of services to veterans.
* Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Have a passion to want to improve the lives of current and past veterans.
