Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients.
Your primary duties will include answering inbound customer enquiries, providing technical advice, updating and maintaining database records, and performing administrative tasks.
You will work in a fast-paced environment and must have the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience working in a customer service role, preferably within the public sector
* A National Police Check (within 12 months)
* Ability to provide at least 2 references
* Strong communication skills
* Experience in dispute resolution an advantage
