Home Care Registered Nurse Opportunity
Our organization is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to support clients in their own homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership, case management, and holistic care to our clients.
This role involves caring for the physical and mental wellbeing of clients. You will work with them to identify and manage risks, using preventative care measures and wellness approaches. Your expertise in clinical leadership and case management will help us deliver high-quality care to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and at least 2 years post-graduate experience. Experience in aged care is preferred, but not essential. The successful candidate will be familiar with the Aged Care Act 1997 and have knowledge of quality and aged care standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing clinical leadership and case management to clients
