* Assisting with logistics for events, outreach programs, and graduation ceremonies.
* Providing regular reports and updates to the Residential Manager and executive team.
* Supporting clients through consistent boundaries, supervision, and positive reinforcement.
* Delivering operational and admin support to ensure smooth program delivery.
* Facilitating family engagement and community integration initiatives.

* Understanding of trauma-informed, person-centred approach.
* Experience with working across diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

2. Skills & Attributes:

* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
* Strong computer literacy.
* Empathetic, non-judgemental, and passionate about supporting recovery.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Respect for confidentiality.

3. Other Requirements:

* Current Driver's Licence (Essential).
* First Aid or Senior First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
* National Police Clearance.
* Undergo Fresh Start's Pre-Employment Checks (Reference Check & Medical).
* Alignment with Fresh Start's Christian values and programs.
