We're looking for a motivated Plumbing Sales Specialist to join our Mitcham team.
You'll support a tight-knit team in a branch known for its all-hands-on-deck culture, enthusiasm, and proactive approach. If you love building relationships, supporting trades, and being part of a team that jumps in to get things done, this is your opportunity.
What You'll Do:
* Assist trade and retail customers with product advice, quotes, orders, and tailored solutions.
* Build and manage customer accounts alongside the Branch Manager.
* Develop genuine relationships with plumbers, builders, and key trade customers.
* Conduct outbound customer calls and help grow new business.
* Support daily branch operations – picking, packing, deliveries, stock support, and trade promotions.
* Assist the team by working to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.
* Contribute to a collaborative, customer-first team environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Plumbing wholesale experience or strong plumbing product knowledge (essential).
* Sales experience is desirable but not essential; product expertise matters more.
* Confident communicator with the ability to connect quickly with tradespeople.
* Proactive, energetic, and ready to step up as required.
* Someone who leads by example, supports their team, and thrives in a busy trade counter environment.
* Career-focused and eager to grow into a long-term leadership path.
* A valid driver's licence; forklift licence a bonus.
