These newly created HR Business Partner roles have been designed to strengthen the People & Culture function and provide dedicated support to operational leaders across fast-paced environments.
About The Roles
Reporting to a senior HR leader, you will partner with managers and site teams to deliver practical and business-aligned people solutions.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Providing HR support across all generalist matters, including performance, engagement, and ER
* Coaching and advising operational leaders to drive high-performance and culture
* Supporting change and improvement projects across workforce planning, development, and retention
* Managing case work, award interpretation, and working closely with internal stakeholders
* Contributing to ongoing development of P&C processes and frameworks
About You
You’re an experienced and confident HR practitioner with a passion for working with frontline teams. You enjoy building trust quickly and being seen as a true partner to the business.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
* Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or similarly fast-paced operational environments
* Sound knowledge of ER/IR and confidence in award-based settings
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a hands-on approach
* A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
