Job Description:
We are looking for a highly driven individual to lead construction engineering activities and ensure projects are implemented according to plans, designs, and specifications.
* Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Undertake cost controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial negotiation activities to optimize project outcomes.
* Monitor construction progress for adherence to program and report to the relevant stakeholders.
* Provide technical support to supervisors and sub-contractors, including liaison with consultants to ensure safety, time, cost, and quality objectives are optimized.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Project Engineer and operational experience, preferably in infrastructure projects over $100m.
* Previous experience working on projects with similar scope and complexity.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise professional judgement in resolving engineering issues.
