The Opportunity
We are currently on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Service Administrator to join our busy Perth department on a 12-month fixed term contract, based in the Forrestdale branch.
Reporting To The Service Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Production order preparation and timely closure for service invoicing
* Maintenance of local databases to track WIP
* Payroll support – collating timesheets and leave
* Purchase order and invoice processing
* Compile information required for internal & external audits
* Arranging site inductions, training and maintaining records
* Assist in other general Service administration tasks
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong computer literacy and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
* The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
