Role Description
Woodards Sunbury & Macedon Ranges is seeking a Property Consultant for a full-time on-site role between Sunbury & Gisborne offices in Victoria.
The Property Consultant will handle all aspects of real estate sales and consulting, including understanding client needs, conducting property appraisals, and assisting clients through the buying and selling process.
Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, following up on enquiries, and achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
This includes complying with all relevant legislative, industry and company requirements.

Experience
Current certificate of registration and/or license
Real estate sales experience preferred, however candidates with strong sales background in other industries will be considered
Current driver's licence, including reliable and presentable vehicle to use for work purposes
Understanding of the current state legislation and guidelines
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to build trust, negotiate, and deliver results
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Knowledge of the local property market is advantageous
