About the Role:
Our client, Samsung Electronics Australia, is looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Inbound & Inventory Controller to join their team In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in supporting the management of all aspects of logistics operations across an array of Samsung Electronics Australia's divisions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound shipments with 3PLs, ensuring timely arrival, accurate documentation and prompt system closure.
Support issue resolution across inbound operations, including customs clearance, document validation, shipment redirection and spare parts logistics.
Prepare reports, consolidate data and work with relevant teams to meet operational priorities and compliance requirements.
Monitor and reconcile inventory daily, resolving system discrepancies with warehouses and cross functional teams.
Process inventory tractions in systems and support inventory checks, cycle counts and stock takes when required.
Support ad hoc projects such as rework, SKU reduction, abnormal stock clearance and warehouse related initiatives.
Assist with internal and external surveys or inquiries as needed.
Perform additional tasks related to inbound or inventory operations as assigned.
About You:
High-level understanding and competence within SAP.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
3-5 years' experience in a similar position.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Confident communicator.
