The Team
Our Services team provides 24/7 servicing for hospitals, utilities, data centres and everything in between. We are seeking an experienced Service Representative to be based in Brisbane, playing a hands‐on role performing a variety of field service tasks in support of a diverse range of expanding customer assets.
With a focus on Power Systems – Switchgear, Circuit Breakers and a variety of assets across LV / MV / HV – we minimise downtime and maximise reliability. You will enjoy high‐quality training, support from your team, engaged management, and ongoing development to advance your career ambitions.
Responsibilities
* Complete a variety of field service tasks across Queensland region and South‐East locations.
* Collaborate with technical team members in efficient coordination and execution of complex installations, preventative maintenance, repairs and other ad‐hoc tasks.
* Commission, site test, system/firmware upgrade and ad‐hoc troubleshooting.
* Provide technical support and specialist advice to customers.
* Act as a role model in HS&E requirements and internal processes.
* Document service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs and inventory management.
* Identify new opportunities to expand service offerings focusing on customer requirements.
Qualifications
* Grade (Unrestricted) Electrical License.
* Current Driver's License (Tool of Trade Vehicle supplied).
* Previous experience in a similar field‐service or maintenance role.
* Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when required.
* Technical aptitude and digital mindset engaged in new technologies.
* Well‐developed interpersonal skills and natural problem‐solver/ troubleshoot.
* Demonstrated commitment to all things HS&E and confident in identifying risks.
