Full-Time Chef – The Salopian Inn, McLaren Vale
We're looking for a full-time chef to join our passionate team at The Salopian Inn, McLaren Vale, South Australia.
Start Date: Late October – Early November
Initial Term: 3-month trial period

About The Role
This is an opportunity to be part of a thoughtful and dynamic kitchen team that values creativity, precision, and sustainability. Our menu evolves constantly—driven by the seasons, our kitchen garden, and local produce.
Remuneration:
* Paid under the Restaurant Industry Award
* Base salary: $69, based on 38 hours per week)
* All hours paid via electronic timesheet system – no unpaid overtime
* Overtime paid for all hours beyond 38 per week
Additional Benefits:
* 12% superannuation (paid weekly)
* 4 weeks annual leave + personal leave (pro rata)
* Public holidays paid as time in lieu or 7.6 hours additional pay
* Paid and unpaid breaks as required
* Staff meals and drinks provided
* Dining discounts for staff

Hours of Work
* 38 hours per week, rostered across 7 days
