Job Description
The Sous Chef will be responsible for:
* Mentoring and guiding the kitchen team to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to perform their roles effectively.
* Supporting the Head Chef in preparing food, managing inventory, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring operational efficiency.
* Contributing to the development of new recipes and menu ideas while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environment.
* Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent trade qualification.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment.
