**Role Description**
Under the direction of the LMICS Data and Quality Specialist, the Data Analyst will be a key contributor to the work of LMICS by collecting, managing and contributing to data interpretation required to routinely monitor cancer care within the LMR, with a view to increasing capacity for continuous quality improvement in cancer services across the region. They will need to not only have the technical data skills but also the conceptual understanding of service improvement, project management and how data can inform and enhance the functionality of LMICS work in the cancer service system across the LMR.

Loddon Mallee Integrated Cancer Services (LMICS) is one of a network of Integrated Cancer Services across Victoria, funded by the Victorian Government and established in 2004.The Integrated Cancer Services (ICS) have been established as part of a range of Victorian Government cancer reforms and are guided by the Cancer Services Framework for Victoria. At LMICS, our aim is to work with health services and the other ICS, to facilitate improvements in cancer services within the Loddon Mallee region.
