We are looking to grow our team and develop an internal accounts department to facilitate the growth of the organization. Our office is in Granville and is conveniently located near the M4, bus and train station.

**The Role + Responsibilities**
- Issuing of invoices and statements
- Reconciling receivables and other accounts receivable duties
- Reconciling payables and other accounts payable duties
- Place orders with vendors
- General Stock take
- On boarding new customers into systems
- Preparation of weekly financial reports
- Conduct daily administration of the business
**Skills and Requirements**
- Attention to detail and prioritisation skills essential
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Relevant qualifications/certificates
- Ability to take ownership of tasks
- Great computer skills including intermediate Excel Skill
- Experience with Xero
- Proficiency with Excel
- Ability to develop and improve business processes

Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
