About the Role
We seek an experienced Senior ASI Clinician to join our dynamic paediatric occupational therapy team.
This role is suitable for an OT with solid ASI knowledge, advanced clinical reasoning, and a passion for clinical excellence and team contribution.
You will manage a diverse caseload, lead by example, contribute to service development, and support clinical reflection through knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions based on ASI principles across clinic, school, and telehealth settings.
2. Manage a complex paediatric caseload independently with problem-solving, clinical judgment, and adaptability.
3. Conduct assessments, including EASI administration, interpret results, and link findings to intervention planning.
4. Integrate complementary approaches when appropriate, maintaining fidelity to ASI.
5. Provide clinical leadership through peer supervision, case reflections, and team development.
6. Maintain professionalism, ethics, confidentiality, and client-centered care.
7. Meet productivity expectations while ensuring clinical quality and effective time management.
8. Participate in service development initiatives and contribute to clinical practice improvements.

About You
* Bachelor or Master's in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
* Full ASI Certification is highly desirable.

* Experience managing a complex paediatric caseload independently.
* Ability to deliver therapy in clinic, school, and telehealth settings.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong time management, organization, and reflective habits.
* Commitment to professional growth and team contribution.
* Own car and valid driver's license for school/kindy visits.
