After-Hours Engagement Specialist

About the Opportunity:
The After-Hours Engagement Specialist will engage with residents onsite, working from a trauma-informed framework. This includes providing comprehensive client-centred services, including referrals, safety planning, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support residents with daily needs, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
* Monitor and manage site dynamics to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents
* Respond to critical incidents and breaches of site rules
Requirements:
* Understanding of homelessness and its related issues
* Positive approach to teamwork and autonomy
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in crisis and support services
