**Your new role**
As the Human Resources Coordinator/ Administrator you'll report directly to and support the National HR Manager to service the full range of HR Functions Nationally. You'll be working in a highly regulated area where privacy and security are paramount. As a new graduate or someone in the early stages of their HR career, you'll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of HR areas with interesting project work. Your duties will include but won't be limited to;
- Employee lifecycle
- Employee relations
- Coordinate training and traineeship contracts
- Recruitment
- including screening and arrangement clearance and suitability checks
- Provide high level admin support to the HR Manager and Secom Directors
- Manage the HRIM
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you'll have previous experience in a similar HR Generalist role.
- Qualifications in business; majoring in HR or similar
- Demonstrated understanding of Industrial Relations Law
- Demonstrated understanding and ability to obtain knowledge of Industrial Relations and Workers Compensation across multiple jurisdictions
- Willingness and ability to obtain a Baseline clearance or similar
- Excellent communicator with a passion for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
