The Opportunity
We are looking for a naturally pursuasive, writing-obsessed Business Development Representative to join us for a 3-month contract. This isn't a "spray and pray" role. You will be the "human-in-the-loop" for our outbound engine, using GTM tools (Clay, AI) to write highly personalized messages outbound messages. If successful, this role will transition into a permanent, foundational member of our GTM team.
The Impact You Will Have
Pipeline Architect: Take full ownership of our outbound engine, delivering X demos per month
Master of Personalization: Research prospects at a deep level. Identifying "hooks" from podcasts, articles, or social media—to write emails, connection requests, etc
Tool Stack Ownership: Manage and optimize our outbound workflow using Clay for enrichment and data-driven prospecting.
Executive Mirroring: Learn to speak the language of senior business, moving prospects from cold interest to discovery calls
What We're Looking For
1-2 Years Experience: Prior experience in a BDR/SDR role, preferably in high-performing outbound teams.
Technical Literacy: You aren't afraid of tools like Clay, Apollo or AI-driven research. You enjoy finding creative ways to automate the "boring" parts of prospecting.
The "Copywriter's Soul": Exceptional written communication. You can take a bulleted list of technical features and turn it into a compelling, human narrative.
Intellectual Curiosity: You have a genuine interest in making hiring more human, AI tools, etc
Grit & Accountability: You thrive on a meeting-based quota and understand that in a 4-month sales cycle, every email sent today is revenue won tomorrow.
The 3-Month Success Milestone
Month 1: Master our voice and successfully take over the ghostwriting of all initial outbound drafts.
Month 2: Scale outreach to hit initial meeting targets.
Month 3: Prove the model by generating a consistent flow of Discovery calls that convert into Trials.
