We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our southern team in Port Melbourne! This role is responsible for coordinating the administration and customer relationship management functions for our Southern Sales teams. The ideal candidate will provide a direct link between field representatives, customers, and the company for sales planning and activities. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate appointments and bookings, distribute invitations and assist in organising Sales and RATIONAL events. Filter incoming calls and online leads and opportunities through our CRM (Salesforce), and redirect all enquiries appropriately. Input, update and maintain customer contacts and activities in the CRM for the southern region Prospect for specific sales & marketing campaigns when necessary, for sales opportunities via telephone and use of CRM Coordinate and schedule Dealer and End User training events As part of the Southern Sales team, assist to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Port Melbourne showroom, including the display stock and kitchens. Skills and Attributes: Ability to actively listen to people with great attention and sincerity, whilst helping them to understand others and their perspectives. Can confidently contact external stakeholders (via phone systems, email and face-to-face) such as Dealers or Customers, and can collaborate across various stakeholders within the business. Can independently make decisions within company guidelines to deliver the best customer experience. Reliable, with the ability to show up on time and attend at least two regional sales meetings per month. Comfortable with computers and learning new systems, good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (especially excel), Salesforce experience is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in the foodservice industry, or in a sales environment (or both) is advantageous. Proven decision making capability, with the ability to prioritise and plan tasks for a team.
