What can you expect?
* Responding to front reception enquiries, both in person and via phone
* Providing professional customer and supplier support through counter, phone and email communication
* Coordinating a variety of day‑to‑day administration duties essential to the smooth running of the division
* Assisting internal teams with operational requirements and maintaining organised administrative systems
* Supporting a positive experience for every customer who walks through our door
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent communication skills with a cheerful, energetic and helpful nature
* Strong administrative ability and solid attention to detail
* Intermediate computer skills with confidence using the Microsoft Office suite
* A strong customer service focus with the ability to build positive relationships
* Initiative, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
* Professional presentation and a friendly, service‑oriented approach
