An exciting opportunity is available for suitably qualified Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our dynamic Surgical Ward at Echuca Regional Health. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to a culture committed to patient centred care and ongoing professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

Practice within a professional, ethical and evidence-based nursing framework in accordance with legislation affecting nursing practice and health care

Ensure knowledge and skills remain current through attendance at regular education and training sessions and through reference to changes in policy, practice and guidelines

Conduct comprehensive and systemic nursing assessments

Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested

Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice

Current AHPRA Registration

Pre-Employment Requirements

This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and (where relevant) provision of a Working with Children Check and check on the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme prior to appointment.
