The role
An opportunity for an Early Morning Commercial Cleaner / Team Leader - Balcatta
About the Role
- Total 18 hours 6 days a week
- Mon 3:30am - 7:00am, Tues to Fri 4:00am - 7:00am, Sat 4:00am - 6:30am
- Must have cleaning experience and able to lead a team
- Cleaning including sweeping, mopping, auto scrubber and buffer
- Must have attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously & take pride in their work
- Communicate and provide information at the conclusion of every shift to Area Manager to assist with organisational operations and to provide effective service to our clients.
- Able to train staff
- Maintain and develop customers working relationship to optimise quality of service and customer satisfaction.
