UltraTalent is partnering with a nationally recognised Australian not-for-profit, membership-based organisation seeking a commercially driven Head of Sales & Partnerships to lead revenue growth, strategic partnerships and national sales.
This opportunity is ideal for a senior leader with experience selling into Australian manufacturers and growers, combined with a strong capability in commercial partnerships, team leadership and data-driven sales management.
What You'll Lead
* National sales and partnerships strategy focused on growth and commercial performance
* A high-performing sales team with a strong emphasis on cadence, accountability and KPI transparency
* The redesign and expansion of strategic partnership programs and commercial offerings
* Data-led reporting, CRM optimisation, and pipeline visibility to improve performance outcomes
What We're Looking For
* Proven success in B2B sales leadership within manufacturing, agriculture or related sectors
* Strong experience building commercial partnerships and stakeholder relationships
* A hands-on leader who can uplift sales discipline, forecasting and operational rigour
* Strong analytical capability with experience using CRM platforms and metrics to drive decisions
