Responsibilities
* Work on a modern SaaS platform within the construction/project management space
* Contribute to AI‐driven features and product enhancements
* Collaborate closely with a small, high‐impact development team
* Take ownership of tasks and projects from an early stage
* Work across different areas of the tech stack and adapt quickl
Experience
* Strong interest or academic experience in AI (university projects highly valued)
* Confidence in being thrown into the deep end and solving problems
* Desire to grow quickly within a fast‐paced environment
* Strong communication and willingness to go above and beyond
* Australian‐born / based candidates required
Salary
70‐80K salary, rapid career progression, exposure to AI‐focused projects and the opportunity to take on real responsibility early in your career.
Location
Sydney‐based HQ with a flexible working environment. Opportunity to work within a globally scaling company with presence in the UK.
